Package Terms and Conditions
  1. 1. The service rates are exclusive of 7%VAT.
  2. The services are for Prepaid and Postpaid customers who have applied for the international roaming services and those who use the services for normal purposes, not for commercial purposes, or one that may affect other users.
  3. The package applied can be used during the period stipulated in the confirmation SMS received from AIS.
  4. The package period starts from the date and time when the package becomes effective and terminates on the last day of the package, calculated on the 24-hour basis of Thailand’s local time.
  5. The package for use in multiple countries is operated by those countries’ designated networks.
  6. Once applied, no cancellation or change can be made to the package. The remaining allowance cannot be used after the package termination.
  7. A fraction of a minute is calculated as a minute in each call.
  8. Make Unlimited Local call & calling to phone in Thailand. Special rate of receiving call 5B/Min and SMS 5B/SMS
  9. During one validity period, no other Roam Like Home package can be applied until the existing Roam Like Home package expires.
  10. For the two-day Roam Like Home package, once the 400 MB data allowance is used up, data usage continues until after two days at 64 Kbps.
  11. For the five-day Roam Like Home package, once the 1GB data allowance is used up, data usage continues until after five days at 64 Kbps.
  12. In case of use outside the roaming country, use of services provided by other network operators beyond the conditions of the package in use, or usage beyond the package period, the service rates will be calculated based on the country and network operator’s rates.
  13. No service rates and packages for use in Thailand cover a usage abroad
  14. The roaming packages do not cover usage on the sea, when flying on a plane, or through a satellite network.
  15. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice
